The current method of requiring a new URL for each campaign is cumbersome, as it requires constant maintainance to update lead workflows and makes automation difficult.
It would be better to have a global API URL and pass the campaign name as a parameter. This would allow all lead updates to flow through a single automation, and would streamline campaign setup significantly.
