Campaign Local Timezone

Allow user to select between Fixed and Local timezone dialing for campaigns.

Fixed: Calls made based on selected timezone (current implementation)

Local: Calls made based on each lead’s timezone, determined based on their phone number. Fallback to fixed if timezone cannot be determined.

This will maximize the dialing window for each timezone for nationwide and international campaigns.
