Simplifying SaaS Checkout Flow
When someone clicks the “Get Started” CTA on our website, there should be minimal friction and only essential info required. The “User ID” field is confusing. Just email and password should be required (additional users can be manually added later). After that, it should immediately take them to the Stripe checkout paywall instead of them having to login. This extra step breaks the flow. This is critical for anyone running paid traffic where every friction point lowers conversion rates.

The direct routing of users into the account > paywall has been implemented. We have additionally added the functionality of creating custom pages inside the client app and setting a redirection rule when the users complete the payment.
