Delete call logs from admin
Add a feature to allow admins to delete individual call logs from campaigns in client accounts. Main use case is to purge test calls from the records to decontaminate the analytics. This would only remove them from the logs and client billing. Any billing shortage would carry over to the agency billing account.

Add more billing integrations - Ex. Dodo payments, Paypal
Stripe does not support India. And for this reason, I’m not able to charge it to my clients via native billing settings inside the platform. It would be great if this is given priority as its part of whitelabel benefits which most of the users here came for. I hope that makes sense. It should not be limited to Stripe supported businesses only.

Option to send the call logs via email
It would be good to be able to send the call logs to the client each month via email automatically each month. We do not use the stripe billing. Whether this be from the campaign or else where.

We don’t use the built-in billing via stripe as we have our own VoIP billing system already. So currently each month we need to manually log into Wrapper and get the Dashboard statistics and add this to our billing platform. So would be good if this can be scheduled to be sent via email at a set time every month.

For example, what defines a successful call, or was the enquiry taken yes/no, or did the caller leave their phone number. Things like that to track in more ways how to track a good call from a bad call.

Option to delete individual calls from Campaigns.
Often you can get calls where it plays the welcome then hangs up. Would be good just to delete these sorts of calls or any call you don’t want in the list. Even if it’s just on the admin side, not on the customers side.

QoL Improvements to Campaign 'Add Leads Via CSV'
Increase the lead limit per upload from 500 to a minimum of 1000 - this will reduce the time it takes to import leads by 50%. Auto-map required fields - based on matching column headers, this will reduce the error rate on mismatching required fields. When mapping fields, change the default value from “Ignore Field” to “Custom Field” - assume that we are using a template and that all fields are intentional, this will save dozens of extra clicks and significantly speed up imports.

Retell AI have recently brought out their own SMS chat bot, however, the dashboard isn’t so good as they have only made it for calls, not their chat bots. Finding a white label for their chat bot is extremely difficult. If VoiceAIWrapper could make one that would be incredibly helpful

It would be better to have a global API URL and pass the campaign name as a parameter. Add "Success Evaluation" to call filters
It’s already a column header, and it’s arguably one of the most important call metrics. There should be a filter for this column because for most use cases a “True” result occurs in a low percentage of calls, so searching for successful calls becomes very tedious and impractical.

On the subscription plus overage plan, they are not charged until the end of the 1st billing cycle. This doesn’t make sense. We need the option to charge upfront for that first month (like any other subscription service). Currently the only way to charge upfront is to use subscription plus usage packs (which limits us to that business model only).
