Lead & Call Filters

  • All filters now include a "Search" query, which can search for campaign names, customer name, phone number, and custom fields (wherever applicable)

  • Search queries can be customized (e.g. includes, does not include, is, is not, etc.) wherever applicable.

  • “Call Attempts" filter to select call attempts made (visible in the filter in Leads section).

  • "Duration" filter to find Talk time (visible in the filter in Calls section). This will also allow you to find “answered calls” if you pick a bigger duration.

Other Functionality

All the data is now shown based on local timezone as default. This is to ensure the Campaign Analytics (with default selection) and the data in the Calls or Leads table tally properly.
